206 Squadron personnel and Hudson aircraft at Docking

The photograph shows 206 Squadron personnel with a Hudson aircraft at Docking in 1940. 206 Squadron served at Bircham Newton from 1936 until 1941. The Squadron was initially equipped with Anson aircraft but was upgraded to the Lockheed Hudson at the beginning of WW2. The Squadron made extensive use of the Docking satellite from the summer of 1940
